If we see something that needs to be replaced, we let you know and our repair technicians are ready to get the job done. Scheduling repairs can be a challenge, but at Laserline we make a streamlined process from start to finish. We find your parts, provide you and estimate and upon your approval we order parts and get you on our schedule. “We recommend a six-month or 200,000km inspection that includes checking U-Bolt nuts, equaliser nuts, torque arm bolts and torque arm clamp nuts to ensure they’re all tightened to the correct torque settings. Remember that to ensure an accurate torque reading, the torque tool itself must be properly calibrated. How much does a mobile heavy duty repair cost?

Our repairs vary in cost due to the complex nature of each job. With so many variables in parts and suspensions we suggest requesting an estimate for your particular repair so you know what to expect.

As long as we have access to parts, we typically try to schedule repairs within 48 business hours and completion typically happens within one business day. On large repairs we can provide you with a time frame along with your estimate. We are typically twice as fast as our competitors.

We back up all of our work with a quality assurance guarantee. If something goes wrong, we will come out to inspect what went wrong. If we find a quality issue, we will make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible.

We typically work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. After hours scheduling is done on a volunteer basis with our technicians with an added after hours fee.

No problem! All of our mobile service trucks are outfitted to handle every repair job scheduled on site. All we ask is that the repair is done on a reasonably flat surface. Gravel is okay if it is reasonably level. We also ask that you move your unit out of puddles and make sure we don’t have to do any snow removal upon arrival.

How do I pay?

All of our technicians have the ability to take payment on site via cash or card. You can also pay with a card or ACH directly through your invoice online. Through drivers will be asked to provide payment at the time of service.

We come to you rain or shine so long as road conditions are drivable. So feel free to schedule with us regardless of the forecast and we will communicate with you if weather conditions are too severe and we need to reschedule.

Had an interesting predicament with our flat bed. As the wheels and drum decided to divorce them selves from the spindle of the trailer its self when I got back to the farm. I had known of these guys from a previous employer and gave them a call. Already kind of knowing the quality of there service as well as a rough price. Explained the situation and got on their schedule quite quickly and easily. I was expecting to have too put a complete new spindle and everything else that goes with it on the trailer. Totaling approx 3500 dollars give or take depending on time. I got a call that the tech was done early and came right out to us to get started. Not only was this tech very knowledgeable in this field. He also was very careful in trying to save the spindle thus saving this little farm some money. It’s hard to put a bunch of money into an old hay trailer which the tech understood! He SAVED THE SPINDLE!!!! It did take a min to get all the right parts together cause you know anything is hard to find in stock now anyway. But he got the trailer back on the road and we are back up and running. Thanks guys!!!

I don’t know where to start it, but these guys “saved our lives” in Salt Lake City, UT. My trailer axel got broken and I was so lucky to find these guys. They came and fixed my problem in less then 5 hours and it was a major problem that all the shops that I called they would have done it in 2 weeks or more.
